23 week pictures!

I am now in my 23rd week of pregnancy with Baby Boy Fisher! The only real change from my last pregnancy update is that I've been experiencing heartburn for the past week pretty regularly. It took me a couple days to realize what was going on since I don't normally get heartburn. Once I popped a couple TUMS I felt immediate relief and realized what it was. Now I keep the TUMS container close by and life is pretty good :-)

18 months!

Chelsea is now 18 months old! She is just a pure delight right now. She's talking a lot, understanding us more, VERY ACTIVE and has met lots of new friends :-) We went to the doctor on Monday and the doc is very happy with how she looks and her progress. She is now 32 1/2 inches tall (75th percentile) and 25 pounds 2 ounces (50th percentile).

I am going to cut the wording short and post a bunch of pictures from the past week. I took them all with my phone and realized they are almost all of Chelsea eating! You can probably guess my babe's favorite past time ;)

On Saturday / Sunday morning we are hosting 17 people at our house. Ben's parents are in town from California and his mother's family will be driving here from Iowa to spend the weekend with us. It will be great to see everyone, especially since we will not be able to spend Christmas in Iowa this year because of Baby Boy Fisher's arrival. SO - I'm spending the day cleaning the house and organizing / prepping food. Ben is probably thankful he has a desk job right about now!!

Bugs and Splashpads!

Chelsea and I went back to the Oak Hill Splash Pad this afternoon with our friends Erica and Benjamin :-) Minneapolis weather has been very hot, humid and muggy as of late so the splash pad is a perfect way to play outside and keep both mommy and babe cool. Chelsea discovered some bugs (I'm not sure what kind) and was obsessed with playing with them. She would pick them up and hand them to me and Erica showed her how to put them in a little cup. After about twenty minutes of this I had enough of playing with bugs so I put them over the fence and away from the splash pad. Thankfully she forgot all about them and resumed play!

Cabin Weekend!

We went to the cabin this past Friday morning and came home Saturday night. The weather was absolutely wonderful and we had a fun time! Lots of pictures below!
