Unfortunately our drive home wasn't as fun. Chelsea is still battling her cold and her digestion is a little too good right now. Instead of sleeping during the entire drive (like normal) she was extremely fussy for most of it. We stopped once to feed and change her. Unfortunately not a whole lot was open on Easter so we had to feed and change her diaper in the parking lot of Casey's Gas Station. We got back on the road and she was still fuss fuss. SO - we stopped at a rest stop about ten miles past our first stop. She ate a little more and we had to change her once again. She fell asleep for about thirty minutes and we thought we were in the clear. She ended up waking up fussing big time while we were stuck in traffic on 94. Traffic was so backed up and we had no choice but to just sit there and listen to her complaining. I climbed in the back seat and tried to entertain her. It worked for about ten minutes but then she decided that all she wanted was to cry until she could be "let out" of the carseat. 3.5 hours after leaving Joel and Jillian's house we breathed a sigh of relief and pulled into the garage. Baby girl is now in bed and both Ben and I have a cocktail :-)
