Last, but not least, of our Christmas Celebrations!

Last Wednesday we celebrated Christmas at our house with Ben's parents, Uncle Steve, Jon and his fiance Shanna.  They all showed up around 2/3pm and we putzed around and played with Chelsea.  We planned a 4:30 dinner so chelsea could eat with us before we opened presents.  Unfortunately, I totally screwed up the roast for a 4:30 dinner.  Usually I make an excellent mouthwatering pot roast (just to toot my own horn a bit ;) ) but not this time!  I bought a way bigger roast than normal and didn't turn the heat up to high in time... needless to say I handed out knives to use.  At least the cake was good!

We opened presents after dinner and then played some ping pong.  We all had a great time.  I went to bed pretty early because I was still fighting a sick bug that had hit most of us that week.  Most everyone was sick that we came into contact with in the past week but thankfully mom and dad got the worst of it.  Chelsea just has a tiny case of the sniffles!
