Barry and Jane stayed with us for a few days over Christmas. They live in California so it's always great to be able to spend quality time with them. Steve was also able to spend the holidays with us! The kids love all the extra attention and mommy loves all the extra help!
The kids were starting to feel better by Christmas Eve but I was very sick. Even though I was feeling horrible, I still enjoyed the holiday celebrations and our company. With all the extra help I was able to lay low, take nightly baths and go to bed early. It was just what the doctor ordered! I am finally feeling 100% and knocking on wood that the entire family stays healthy for a great long while!

A before church photo!
This SHOULD have been a family photo :( I did not want to ruin this photo because I looked worse than I felt, and I felt pretty awful! Unfortunately I did not make it to our church service. Instead I tried to relax a bit, shower and downed some Dayquil.

Tyler was interested in doing ANYTHING besides open presents. He has absolutely no interest in presents yet. That is a great thing for Chelsea because she loves to open presents. She got to open all of Tyler's this year for him!

Chelsea opening one of her presents from grandma and grandpa fisher. A furreal kitty! She carried this kitty around non stop for the rest of the day.
At first she named her kitty "cute bunny". We were all a little confused and speechless when she proclaimed the name. I asked her again a few days later and she has now changed the kitty's name to Tiana. Much better!
Boy toys!
Chelsea opening her gift from Great Grandma and Grandpa Fisher. A realistic toy vacuum!!! Both kiddos immediately started playing with it.
Grandma and Grandpa Fisher spoiled Chelsea with lots and lots of play kitchen supplies. One of the kiddos favorite toys to play with is the play kitchen. Now we are fully stocked up!

Tyler went to bed and we started making dinner. Ben and Barry grilled us steaks outside. Unfortunately it was a very windy, and cold night. Fortunately, the steaks tasted wonderful!
