Talk Talk Talk!

Here are some videos I took of Chelsea a couple nights ago.  Chelsea has been talking non stop for the past couple months and it's tough to catch on camera.  She was in a fairly talkative mood so I took out my camera and hoped for the best!  It's amazing to me how I can pretty much hold a conversation with my two year old now.  The house is definitely full of chatter nowadays!

Below are a some fun videos... enjoy!

Feeling the love!

Chelsea loves when Tyler sits next to her on his rocking chair.  They love each other so much!  I can't believe how worried I was (while pregnant with Tyler) about how Chelsea would feel sharing her life with a baby brother.  She is amazing!

Five months!

I'm about a week past due with this post, but look who's five months old! :)  My baby boy is getting so big and strong.  We weighed him on our scale this month and he is a little over 17 pounds.  He isn't as rolly polly as Chelsea was, but he is taller and heavier than she was at this age.  Tyler is pretty much a solid block!

He can roll over both ways, but doesn't do it very often.  Cuddling is still one of his favorite activities.  If Tyler had the choice, he'd be held ALL DAY LONG :) He has really started enjoying his jumperoo.  It's fun to watch him bounce around and explore all the gadgets.

Tyler loves chewing on toys, his bibs, rags and whatever else he can get his hands on!  We've also started solids with him.  So far he LOVES rice cereal (has it every morning while Chelsea eats breakfast), loved sweet potatoes and squash.  He wasn't a fan of peas, but we'll try again soon!

Tyler goes to bed between 7:30-9 every night and sleeps till about 6:30.  His napping isn't quite as scheduled, but usually naps about three times per day.  If he is in his car seat he'll nap for a long time.  Crib naps are still hard to come by unfortunately.  I've started putting him in his car seat and rocking him at home so he'll nap longer.  It works like a charm!

Fisher Family visit!

Ben's parents came to Minnesota and visited us off and on over a span of ten days.  We enjoyed their visit and were so happy that our kiddos had some time with their Fisher Grandparents.  It's tough not being able to have them around whenever we would need / want them to be here so we cherished every moment that the family could spend together.  We are flying out to California at the end of may with the kiddos so the next visit is close!

I've already posted most of the pictures from their visit, but here are the 'stragglers' :)

I love grandma!

Chelsea is in love with Uncle Steve.  If he is at our house she is never far from him  for several days after he left she kept asking "where steve, where steve, where steve!"

Pump it Up!

Ben's mom, Steve, Ben and I took the kiddos to Pump it up in Plymouth last Thursday AM. I was so blessed to have had Ben, Steve and Jane with me since there is no way I could bring both kiddos on my own. It was a special treat for all of us!

This was the first time that we've been to Pump it up so I wasn't sure what to expect.  Chelsea had a WONDERFUL time!  It is such a fun place for an active toddler.  I know I always talk about her energy, motor skills and fearlessness, but man, this kid keeps on amazing me!  She is mommy's little princess tomboy :)

Here is a video of Chelsea going down the big slide!  I couldn't believe that she loved it as much as she did and wasn't scared!!

Another video of the slide!

Steve giving her a hand!

I didn't think there was any way that she could get up this big wall on her own, but let her try.  She ALMOST made it to the top!  She would have, but a bigger kid came up and crawled over her and knocked her back down... TWICE!  Needless to say, she didn't want to try any more after that.

AMAZING!  What a smart little cookie

Almost to the top!  About five seconds later the kid came and ran over her...

Going up the steps to the big slide!

Tyler was such a good boy.  he slept the entire time!  Amazing since it is so loud in there.

that was fun!
