Chelsea and I went to Washington to visit our very good friends Chuck and Andi in September. Chuck and Andi have three kiddos and we used to see each other all the time before they moved because of an amazing opportunity for Chuck to work at Google. Needless to say, both Chelsea and I were very excited to go visit!
Andi is a bit quicker than I am and already blogged about our visit. Here is her blog with more pictures!
Chelsea wanted us to match on the flight out to Seattle. So, I pulled out our only matching shirts and I had a very happy little girl! Here are a couple pictures of us before we left.

Chelsea really wanted a 'cozy pink blanket and pillow' for the flight. So, mama bought them for her!

Chuck made an app to turn an old tablet green when it's awake time and red when it's sleep time. This tablet worked like a charm. The kids would bust out of the room at 6:45 as soon as it turned green, but not a minute before!
Friday morning. Time to go to the mall!

We all walked down to the farmers market (maybe a half mile from their house??) Friday after dinner.

We headed into Downtown Seattle Saturday morning to walk around, visit the Space Needle and Pikes Place Market.

Chelsea and I discovered the yummy goodness of Asian Pears at Pikes Place Market. This one pound pear was basically a bottle of water and lunch in one!

Chuck took the kiddos out to the backyard to play after naps on Saturday. Andi and I enjoyed some adult coloring (yes, we are dorks!) and drinks during our break!
Dinner time! we went to a local Mexican restaurant.
Chelsea slept with Dannie and Maddie in their room the first two nights but started to miss her own space a bit the final night and wanted to sleep next to me. How cute is that little cot?! We read together a bit and then snuggled in for some zzz's
