We spent a weekend in July visiting friends at their cabin near Brainerd. Their cabin is beautiful, the company was wonderful and we all had a great time. The kids were definitely exhausted by Sunday evening!

The kiddos fell in love with a fishing game over the weekend so I immediately bought it when we got back home. They still love it!
The kiddos and I went to the zoo for the (4th???) time this summer. I wasn't planning on taking any pictures because we've been there so many times already this year. BUT, the animals were very active and available during this visit I couldn't resist snapping a bunch of pictures! This visit was our best of the season!
This is the first time we've seen the big snake (at the end of the Tropics Trail) out in the open!
The otters were very playful!
This coyote was right up next to the glass. The kids really enjoyed checking him out!

Chelsea rode on a Camel by herself! She was too scared during previous visits to go on a ride so I was very excited that she wanted to. The camel she rode is a mom and her baby followed them the entire time. Chelsea really got a kick out of the baby following her!

As we were leaving we stumbled upon a live monk seal presentation. We had a great day at the zoo :)
