Chelsea's first day of school, Children's Museum and Como Zoo!

Chelsea started her third and final year at Montessori in August of this year.  It's hard to believe she will be in Kindergarten next year!

I brought Chelsea to Kohl's and told her she could pick out any outfit she wanted for her first day of school.  She looked adorable (as always!)

Chelsea loves Mexican Food so we went out for Mexican Food after I picked her up from school!

I took the kiddos to the Children's Museum for the first time in August.   We had so much fun and I'm hoping to carve out some time in our busy schedules to get back ASAP!

Tyler is so stinkin' cute!

The kiddos really enjoyed exploring and playing in all the different rooms

The kiddos especially enjoyed choosing songs to dance to and being able to watch themselves on a big screen!

A video of Chelsea trying to get Tyler to dance with her.  He was pretty focused on watching himself on the TV screen!

I, of course, had to visit the photo booth with the kids!

The water room was a big hit!

The outdoor rooftop exhibit!  The kids especially liked playing on the piano!

I hadn't ever taken the kiddos to Como Zoo so decided that we should try it out.  The kids had a good time but I wasn't a fan.  It was really crowded and I felt very claustrophobic, it was very difficult to get the stroller in and out of exhibits and I was appalled at how small the animal enclosures are.  The animals definitely need more room to roam if they have to live in captivity.  With that said, the kids still had a great time and that is all that really matters!

We showed up about fifteen minutes before the zoo opened in hopes to find an easy parking spot and less crowds.  The kiddos were checking out the Lili pads before we were let in.

Unfortunately it was difficult foor the kids to see most of the exhibits because of the set up.  So, I let them climb up on a few of the fences to check out the animals.

A Polar Bear!

The gorillas were pretty cool to see.  They were very active and we even got to see a baby gorilla!

You can't really tell by this picture but this mama is holding onto the baby here!

The kiddos couldn't have been closer to a gorilla if they would've tried!
