The pictures in this blog are from many different days. The one thing they all have in common is that they are all taken in our house. I wasn't snapping pictures of a fancy event or fun time going and doing like we normally do. Sometimes it's nice to hang at home and enjoy life's simple pleasures. Sometimes it's easy to get hung up on always going and doing and it's easy to sit back and make the time to just hang out. My kiddos are my world, my true loves and my everything. I hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I do :)
We made a cake for Ben's Birthday. I know I've posted a couple pictures in a previous blog but just downloaded the pictures off of our camera of Chelsea actually helping!
I have the ingredients for the cake all set out for Chelsea. You didn't think I made his cake from scratch, did you? :)
Chelsea did very well with following my directions!
Someone enjoyed licking the spatula!
Chelsea was very interested in watching the cake bake. She wanted to make sure it was perfect for daddy!
The dogs were pretty bored with the cake baking process!
My shaggy bear! I love when Mina's hair gets long. She is so soft :) I had a mobile groomer coming that afternoon to buzz them down so I needed to get a couple last snuggles in before.
Continuing the cake decorating process!
Time for Chelsea to finish decorating!
I took this picture before I realized I was missing the 'T' in Birthday. We'll just pretend it's there!
She was very proud of her cake!
Daddy! Look what I made you!
Time to go to Cinderella's Ball!
Opening up presents from Grandma and Grandpa Loveland! Minnie and Pluto were shipped directly from Disney World to make two kiddos extremely happy!
After Tyler falls asleep at night I'll quietly go in and put a blanket on him. I thought his little butt and feet were so darn cute this night I had to snap a couple pictures. My baby boy is growing up so fast!
Daddy and Chelsea watching Frozen and eating popcorn together!
Chelsea put on my boots and had a blast dancing around in them! Who knew boots could be so entertaining?! My kids remind me every single day to slow down and enjoy simple joys... if only it was that easy!
My little dancer / poser!
Chelsea's naturally curly hair is gorgeous, but requires a lot of attention to really make it look good. She finally let me blow dry it and put product in it. I was amazed at how curly and beautiful her hair was this day! She was acting silly when I told her I wanted pictures of her hair, but you'll get the idea!
The pictures don't do the curls justice.
Tyler waking up from a nap. He's pretty crabby for a few minutes after he wakes up!
I took the following pictures just this morning. Chelsea wanted to wear a dress that Grandma Loveland gave her months ago. Then she wanted to take a picture with the Minnie that Grandma gave her. I put Tyler in a shirt that Grandma gave him so decided it was a good idea to try and get them to pose together for a picture...
Tyler loves to kiss. Chelsea offered him a kiss (to get him to stand next to her) and he ran right over. My heart just melts...
Tyler's Florida shirt!
Instead of posing by Chelsea, Tyler ran over to the nearest thing he could climb.
Chelsea patiently waiting for her brother
Even Mina was waiting!
Is a nice picture ever going to happen?!
He finally decided to cooperate :)
My Loves!
